By submitting this order, I warrant that:
(a) I own the copyright to the text, photographs, artwork or other materials submitted
for reproduction; or,
(b) That I have written permission from the copyright owner to authorize Invitation
Consultants, Inc. and its service providers to reproduce those materials.
I agree to protect, defend and indemnify Invitation Consultants, Inc. and its service
providers from any claims alleging a breach of the foregoing warranty.
Notes: If you are not the copyright owner and do not have written consent from the
copyright owner, please do so prior to placing your order.
We will ask for a copy of the consent if we see that your photo is taken by a professional
photographer.
