Operational hours for InvitationConsultants.com are now extended for an extra two hours to better service customers on the West Coast, as of Monday, June 2nd.
The change came about when InvitationConsultants.com President, Allison De Meulder, traveled to Seattle on vacation and could not reach the office after 2 pm PST. Customers in California make up over 14% of InvitationConsultants.com’s revenue.
“I realized that our customers on the West Coast, which is one of our largest markets, were not able to connect with our Invitation Consultants after 2 pm Pacific Time, which was not convenient for many busy lifestyles. We want to be able to adequately service all of our customers, including those on the West Coast.” De Meulder stated.
Previously, InvitationConsultants.com’s customer service department was not available after 5 pm Eastern Time, whereas now customers will now be able to speak with Invitation Consultants Monday through Thursday via phone, email and live chat until 7 pm Eastern Time. On Friday, the hours of operation are 10 to 5 pm Eastern Time.
