All orders must be placed using the easy and secure online order form. Orders may not be placed by phone, fax or email.
Can I place my order over the phone?
All orders, including sample orders, must be placed online through our secure online ordering system. A live chat is available for your convenience to assist you with all of your ordering questions. Where can I view pricing?
Pricing for each item is different. To find pricing go to the item you are interested in and get an instant price quote or view the pricing chart.
How fast can I receive my order?
Every item is different. To find the turnaround time specific to your item, go to the item you are interested in and view the three options. Turnaround time includes printing and shipping.
What is a sample?
Samples may be ordered before an order is placed. Samples are non-printed and are available so customers can sample the cardstock. Samples cost $2.50 each and are available with two shipping options: 7 - 12 business days (shipping is free) or 2 - 4 business days (Rush shipping is $12). To order a sample go to the item you are interested in and click "order sample."
Can I see a typeset e-mailed proof before I place my order?
You must place your order before you can see a proof. Proofs allow you to preview your order before it is printed. InvitationConsultants.com is pleased to offer you a professionally typeset eProof at no charge. Typeset eProofs are sent to you via email in 2-3 business days. Rest assured if you do not have time for a free eProof, all of our orders are edited by three consultants and all orders receive quality control before shipping to you. Your order will not be printed until you approve your final proof.
Can I customize the wording on any item?
You may choose your own wording on any item, unless otherwise stated in the item description.
I am having trouble wording my invitations, is there sample wording available to help me?
We have a large selection of sample wording available for invitations, announcements, enclosure cards and holiday cards. Please click here to view sample wording.
My proof doesn't show the design or ink color I selected? Will it be printed this way?
Proofs are typically done in black and white and any designs will not be shown on the proof, but will be on your final product.
I want my order to look just like the sample, how can I ensure this?
The order form online allows you to type any special instructions you might have. Please specify that you would like your order printed like the sample online.
Can I have a logo printed on an item?

Does my invitation or announcement come with envelopes?
All of our items come with envelopes, unless otherwise stated on the item description page.
How do I select more than one font for my invitations?
To select more than one font, first indicate the font for your main wording where it requests your font selection. For the additional font, just let us know in the special instructions section what additional font you would like and for what words. There is no additional charge for this.
Can I add more lines of text than I am given on the order form?
We advise that you stay within the amount of lines we provide on the order form. If you absolutely need to, you can add the additional text in the special instructions section of the order form.
