Let us take care of everything with our Address, Stuff and Mail Service.
Service includes
- Addressing the envelopes, printed in black ink in one of three fonts
- Stuffing envelopes
- Mailing envelopes
What is the Price?
Minimum Quantity:
75 cards or invitations
Everything will be mailed using
regular stamps
(First Class Mail).

How long does this Service take?
Additional time in house: 5 - 7 business days
Once your order has been completed, if you have additional addresses you would like for us to address, stuff and mail, we can do so for an additional $25 set up fee.
How to send us your mailing list?
Please specify your order number in the subject line of your email.
Use the Excel template provided below and send the spreadsheet to asm@invitationconsultants.com.
Please send your spreadsheet exactly the way you’d like your addresses to be printed onto the envelopes. You may want to check for correct capitalization and spelling before submitting.
We will review your spreadsheet before printing, and if we find inconsistencies, you will have the choice to revise the spreadsheet and resend, or we can do it for you for a $25 charge.

How to Order?
1. On Step 2 of the order form, click YES for Address, Stuff and Mail.
2. Create your address list in Excel, using the template above.
3. An Invitation Consultant will contact you to finalize details, such as the address list and the font.
4. Sit back, relax and let us do the work!
Font Options
All addresses will be printed left justified in black ink, you have the choice between one of the following three fonts:

Is there a price decrease if we do not have you do one of the following: address, stuff, stamp or mail?
We apologize, but the price does not change.
Can I send you my addresses in a different format than an excel spreadsheet?
The program we use to print the addresses requires them to be entered in an excel spreadsheet.
Can I have you stuff my direction cards or other informational pieces that I have already made up into my envelopes? Yes, we are happy to do so. Please send us any additional enclosures prior to assembling, and we can stuff them at no additional cost. When mailing us the enclosures, please send to:

Can you write a number on the back of our respond cards, so we can keep track of our guest list better? For example, we have 125 invitations and respond cards, so numbering the respond cards 1-125. Yes, we can handwrite a number on the back of each respond card for an additional flat fee of $25.
