Show family and friends your new baby, or share photos of your parents from when they were first married and now when they are celebrating a milestone anniversary. What better way to stay in touch, than to send photos on your holiday cards or a photo on your son's or daughter's graduation announcements. Or even share the big news about your upcoming wedding with a picture of you and your fiancé on your save the date announcements!

Ways To Send Your Photos

Upload your photo(s) while placing your order. Please read the item description to see the size of the photo required. |

Emailing Us Your Digital Camera Photos

We cannot use small web images, they should be sent directly from your digital camera

Send images that are at least 5x10 at 300 dpi

Do not crop or edit the images as we can do this for you

Please be sure to specify any cropping requests in the “Comments” section of the order form

Save images as .jpg files at the highest quality setting

If you are sending photos taken by a professional photographer, we MUST have their signed permission

Send image(s) to us via email at photos@InvitationConsultants.com. Include your order number in the subject line
Emailing Us Your Scanned Photos

IMPORTANT - Scan prints at 300 dpi or higher, scaled at 100%. Most scanners are set at a default 150 dpi.
Make sure to change your scanner settings to at least 300 dpi

Do not edit or crop the images as we can do this for you

Please be sure to specify your cropping requests in the "Comments" section of your order form

Mailing Printed Photos

Send photos at 3 x 5 inches or larger, but no larger than 8 x 10 in.

If you are sending photos taken by a professional photographer, we MUST have their signed permission

If multiple photos are sent, please specify the placement of each photo

Please write the order number on the back of each photo(s). We suggest pressing lightly when writing or attaching

Write 'DO NOT BEND' on the envelope and mail to:
