I just wanted to share the reactions I have been receiving for my wedding invitations. I sent them out last week and the day after the phone calls started! I searched a long time for an autumn theme invitation which would reflect the beautiful colors of that time of the year. All I found was boring and dull invitations which were so lacking I kept looking! Looking until I found your site! The selection was amazing which left me with another dilemma: which one to choose! Well, I found the right one. Not only did my fiance and I love it but from the calls I have been getting, so does everyone else! In a word these invitations are FABULOUS!

When something goes wrong customers barrel off an angry letter/email at warp speed. But I’m pretty sure that when you do something right, nine out of ten you won’t hear a word. I do not want to be one of those nine, so I want to take a moment to thank you for your wonderful customer service!! Some weeks back I ordered my daughters wedding invitations – which by the way you have so many great ones to choose from that it took us quite a while to narrow it down to one choice!! I ordered the invites which came with the outer and inner envelopes. The box arrived Monday August 2nd. I opened the box on Tuesday and saw that the inner envelopes were the wrong size. I phoned customer service and Katrina answered the phone. I explained the problem, and she was so pleasant and said no problem, the inner envelopes would be shipped out in a day or two. This morning as I was leaving for work – there, outside my door, was UPS! With the correct envelopes! I just wanted to thank all of you because we all know customer service can make or break a business, but sadly there are way too many businesses out there that just don’t care about the customer. You do – kudos! And we are passing the word along.

Hello,
I was somewhat nervous about ordering online, as I have always ordered custom printing in person. However, I was very pleased with my order. When I couldn't find what I was looking for, I contacted one of your consultants by phone. She answered all of my questions, made good suggestions, and led me in a new direction where I found exactly what I needed. The online tools were very helpful in previewing and editing the announcements. The order arrived complete and on time. The printing, photo reproduction, and card stock were perfect......no surprises. Plus, the ribbons were packaged in a way that did not crease them! And I very much appreciated the little touches, i.e., envelope address guide, social etiquette guide, extra invitations. In the coming months I will need to order wedding invitations/announcements so I will definitely be contacting your company again.

I wanted to take time out of my busy schedule to personally thank you for a job well done.
My son is graduating from high school and his senior package order of pictures, name cards etc were not processed by the company his school was using, which i didn't find out until two weeks before graduation. Ugh!!
In a panic rush to get the things i needed, i found several print companies on line an just picked one - yours :) - and hoped for the best in what i needed to order. Well, you turned a very stressful situation into a joyful one because when i opened the package i was absolutely impressed and overjoyed !!

I would like to tell you how "COMPLETELY" satisfied I am with the service I received, my purchase, and the entire ordering process with your company! I tend to be a perfectionist and therefore am very particular; but I do not have a single complaint! Also, I am not computer savvy and found the ordering process on your website to be very easy to understand and enter. The response time and ability of your staff to help me, was exceptional! I even had some questions and some special requests. Obviously, your staff took the time to carefully review my requests. They understood, answered, and met each one of them. Then to top it off, my order was processed and shipped quicker then I was quoted. As a result, I received my entire order long before it was due! I was so excited when it arrived! Not only did the invitation package I ordered arrive early; it was without a single error, packed carefully, had instructions, samples, and the quality greatly exceeded my expectations! You can be sure that I will be a returning customer in the future, and I will "highly" recommend Invitation Consultants to family and friends! These days it's very hard to find a company like yours. One that is competent. A company that cares about both the quality of their product as well as customer service. Thank you for your excellent service Invitation Consultants and Staff!

I am absolutely THRILLED with the order I placed with you for my wedding invitations, rsvp's and thank you notes! (I will also add this to the "rate my purchase" option so others can see this). First of all, the website was SO easy to navigate--I loved being able to see what the invite was going to look like and being able to edit it, etc. Second, I didn't pick the "extra special review option but STILL someone looked it over, noticed I made a couple of errors (spelling and calling 5pm the afternoon instead of the evening) and I got a prompt email asking if I wanted you to make those changes. Third, I was able to track the order and Fourth, when the invites arrived they were beautifully packaged, they looked beautiful, they were easy to assemble (I appreciated the extra assembled ones so I knew which way the inner envelope was supposed to face). And of course, Fifth, the price is FABULOUS. So I am now a forever invitation consultant fan and I will definitely be coming back for more and will be referring everyone I know to come your way should they need invitations. I also appreciate that you ask for customer feedback which shows that you take your work seriously.
